Food Time: Longganisa and Quail Eggs Spaghetti Recipe

Longganisa and Quail Eggs SpaghettiA sweet spaghetti sauce complements the savory longganisa flavor and gives your dish as sweet kick.

1 pack (175 g) spaghetti, cooked
1 pouch (250 g) spaghetti sauce
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 small onion, chopped
100 g longganisa, crumbled
4 pc quail eggs, hard boiled and shelled
¼ cup grated cheese


1. Sauté garlic, onion and longganisa for 5 minutes
2. Add spaghetti sauce, ¼ tsp iodized fine salt and 1/8 tsp pepper. Cover and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes
3. Add a quail eggs. Pour over cooked pasta. Top with cheese.
