Food Time: Sopas Spaghetti Recipe


Sopas SpaghettiYour favorite comfort soup just got creamier and even more appetizing

INGREDIENTS
1 pack (175 g) spaghetti, cut into 3
1 pouch (200 g) spaghetti carbonara sauce
1 pc small onion, sliced
100 g chicken breast fillet, cut into strips
1/3 cup cubed carrot
2 pc hotdog, sliced
1 tsp iodized fine salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/3 cup evap milk
1 tsp oil

PROCEDURES:
1. Sauté onion, chicken and carrot in 1 tsp oil for 5 minutes. Add hotdog, sauté for 1 minute. Set aside.
2. Boil spaghetti in 3 cups water for 8 minutes. Drain, reserve 2-1/4 cup pasta broth.
3. Combine sautéed chicken mixture, pasta broth and carbonara sauce. Allow to simmer.
4. Add spaghetti, salt and pepper. Cover and simmer for 3 minutes. Add milk. Allow to simmer.

Makes 5 servings
