The latest tourist destination in the province of Capiz in the Philippines is the newly opened Espacio Verde Garden Villas. It is a Spanish-inspired hotel resort in the region with first class amenities and aims to promote luxury with eco-friendly ambiance. Its mission is to bring nature and luxury together while maintaining a family friendly atmosphere.
The Espacio Verde Garden Villas soft opening was on May 8, 2016 and officially opened its doors to the world. There are 9 villas in the premises inspired by the Spanish names of different flowers that blooms in the property.
There are 23 rooms in the hotel variedly divided into 9 villas:

- Girasoles (room 104-109)
- Clavel (room 110-112)
- Mimosa (room 113-115),
- Zinnia (room 116-117)
- Azalea (room 118-121)
- Espliego (room 122-123)
There are four room types so far in the hotel:
Executive Suite – 6000.00 per night
Bridal Suite – 6500.00 per night with bridal packages
Lagoon View Suite – 4600.00 per night
Garden View Suite – 3600.00 per night
Every rooms has a terrace on which the guest can see the astonishing sunrise in the morning. The Lagoon View Suite, and Executive Suite offers the panoramic view of the property and refreshing sight of the lagoon. Meanwhile, the Garden View Suite terrace showcase the glimpse of the beautiful landscape in the premises and the surrounding villas.
The hotel has an in-house restaurant named ABUELO, which in Spanish means “one’s grandfather.” The restaurant has Spanish-inspired cuisines with Filipino dishes, Italian dishes and seafoods. All of the foods in the premises sure is made with high quality products and made by young professionals with ultimate passion for cooking.
